Terms & Conditions

At Believe Media, I’m here to make social media and business support simple, effective, and affordable — while keeping everything transparent and fair.

  1. Flat-Rate Packages
    All services are provided at the flat rate outlined in the packages above. The specific tasks and support included in each package will be tailored to your individual needs and discussed with you before we start, so you know what to expect.

  2. Additional Work
    If your project requires work beyond what’s agreed for your package, additional time or services will be billed at my hourly rate. Any extra work will always be discussed and approved by you beforehand.

  3. Graphic Design Fee
    If most of your social media content needs custom graphics for example, if you don’t have a website or enough photos of your work an additional fee of £40 per month will apply. This will be agreed upon before we start working together, so there are no surprises.

  4. Starting & Payment
    Work begins once your package is selected and payment has been received. Any extra work outside the package will always be confirmed with you first.

  5. Changes & Revisions
    Minor revisions are included in your package. For larger changes or extra revisions, additional fees may apply at the hourly rate.

  6. Working Together
    There’s no formal contract, but I recommend working together for a minimum of 3–6 months to truly see the benefits of what Believe Media can do for your business. If you ever need to end our agreement or adjust your package, all I ask is for one full month’s notice.

  7. Refunds
    All packages are non-refundable once payment has been made.

  8. Agreement
    By booking a package with Believe Media, you’re agreeing to these terms, a simple and fair way to ensure we’re all on the same page and can focus on growing your business!
