I regularly review your page, including your highlights, and provide ongoing insights into performance, engagement, content ideas and areas to focus on for the following month.
You’ll also have the option of regular 1:1 calls to review your strategy, discuss progress and plan next steps, all included at no extra cost.

Terms & Conditions
At Believe Media I’m here to make social media and business support simple, effective and affordable while keeping everything transparent and fair.
Flat-Rate Packages
All services are provided at the flat rate outlined in your selected package. The specific tasks and support included will be tailored to your individual needs and discussed before we begin, so you know exactly what to expect.
Additional Work
If your project requires work beyond what’s included in your package, any additional time or services will be billed at my hourly rate. This will always be discussed and approved by you beforehand.
Graphic Design Fee
If your content requires a high level of custom graphics (for example, if you don’t have a website or enough imagery), an additional fee of £40 per month will apply. This will always be agreed in advance.
Starting & Payment
Work begins once your package is confirmed and payment has been received.
All packages are billed monthly in advance on the 15th of each month.
Changes & Revisions
Minor revisions are included within your package. Larger changes or additional revisions may be charged at my hourly rate and will always be discussed with you first.
Working Together & Notice
I don’t use formal contracts, but to keep things fair and consistent, I require one full billing cycle’s notice to end our agreement.
Notice will take effect from the next billing date (usually the 15th of the month). The final payment will cover the last full billing period and is not pro-rated.
Work will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once made.
